You got to take the challenge

I have a new challenge, this is an easy challenge today because I was inspired. I pray that everyone that believes in the Lord accepts the challenge and the enemies plans are foiled in the name of Jesus. The challenge is to pray instead of act. If you are angry, do not get in the flesh and get revenge or the last word. do not talk about the issue with anyone, but the Lord, do this off, and on until you feel peace. Once you have your peace, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you and if you are to respond, or not to respond, and listen the Spirit will guide you Then I pray that you obey the Father and get your blessing like I did today. Satan wants to steal your blessing but anger, hate, bad language, etc…these are not fruits of the spirit and I continue to ask the Father to purge any character that’s not like Jesus in me or anyone else reading this. Listen to the Father and in the name of Jesus I pray that you get your blessing and share in the name of Jesus I pray someone if not everyone finds their freedom from any chains from demons or bad habits in their minds or lives. Forgive us Lord for giving in to Us and help us be more like You

My name is James Carter, and you are visiting breaking bad habits. I believe everyone has habits, good and bad. When I was 34 years old, I woke up and looked in the mirror. I was shocked, I had been drinking every night for so long, that I was fat. I weighed 355 pounds, and ran out of breathe and almost passed out to try and tie my shoes. This was the day I started to wake up. I had a long journey ahead of me, but with prayer, meditation, fasting and exercise I was on my way. It’s been 6 years since then I’ve quit most of my bad habits, and I’m down to below 200 pounds. I have to be honest, that day in 2014 I never dreamed I would have gotten this far. If someone like me can quit, so can you.
