Where is your heart?

The battle starts here, end of story. Like a blade that is neglected gets dull, so does the mind. Someone should stay sharp and exercise the mind be positive and then pray that you will be able to forgive those that hurt or persecute. It’s a hard subject when so many people today have hard hearts, because they’ve been hurt and abused, so instead of being on the level of love where the Father wants them to be, they have their cold, closed heart and miss out on the huge blessing that’s in store. In my opinion this makes the heart, and the mind the most important things. The thing is life is going to pull in many different directions, and in order to go the right way we also have to have the right attitude. I have tried very hard to change my attitude and this year I see things differently than I used to. I see that someone can change their whole life around just by rearranging how they look at their life. I also believe that our heart is what we daydream about the most.

It’s still difficult to change certain parts of my attitude, but I’m determined to be more positive than ever before. A positive outlook helps us to achieve the things we really desire. Focus on what you want and what you want will be attracted to you. This is the Law of Attraction in a nutshell. Change is not easy when society is full of negative influencers. Find your way to be a positive force in someone’s life. I struggle to stay positive sometimes and other days it’s a piece of cake. Their are times when it is hard to find a way to be positive, I think of the good memories I’ve had with the people who have passed and hope I was a positive light in their life and not a negative one. This is the kind of thing that will keep someone up at night.

Face it we all slip and fall and do negative bad things. When these slip ups occur are we influencing those around us, the answer is yes. I’m sorry the truth hurts but with every act whether it’s positive or negative has a reaction. I know this to be true . I’m not here to condemn anyone I want everyone to know I love you and dedicate myself to helping someone break bad habits.

My name is James Carter, and you are visiting breaking bad habits. I believe everyone has habits, good and bad. When I was 34 years old, I woke up and looked in the mirror. I was shocked, I had been drinking every night for so long, that I was fat. I weighed 355 pounds, and ran out of breathe and almost passed out to try and tie my shoes. This was the day I started to wake up. I had a long journey ahead of me, but with prayer, meditation, fasting and exercise I was on my way. It’s been 6 years since then I’ve quit most of my bad habits, and I’m down to below 200 pounds. I have to be honest, that day in 2014 I never dreamed I would have gotten this far. If someone like me can quit, so can you.
