Be Strong Your positivity Is Worth It.

This season it’s important not to let oneself get into selfish patterns. what we focus our time on when daydreaming, can be linked to what we truly desire. What someone gives is not important unless they are willing to give it without anyone else knowing. It’s not about how much someone spends, or who has the best decorations. It’s about shining our light for others to see, so that they can find their way to peace. Find a way to be a light for someone that needs it this season. I know that everyone can not afford to donate to others, especially this time of year. Donating time and energy can show love just as much as money.

It will not be able to realize how negative our minds are, unless we guard what we think about. It is to easy to get sidetracked and even brainwashed into thinking negatively. Focus on something positive, that is wanted for your life, instead of what usually happens, or what might happen. Practice being positive, and keep trying. Push for a positive life, and grab it when it comes. Practice saying positive things as soon as you wake up. Practice being positive without complaining. Things will get better, for those that stick to the positive path. The world needs more positive people, and it needs some of the positive people to wake up and let their lights shine once more.

My name is James Carter, and you are visiting breaking bad habits. I believe everyone has habits, good and bad. When I was 34 years old, I woke up and looked in the mirror. I was shocked, I had been drinking every night for so long, that I was fat. I weighed 355 pounds, and ran out of breathe and almost passed out to try and tie my shoes. This was the day I started to wake up. I had a long journey ahead of me, but with prayer, meditation, fasting and exercise I was on my way. It’s been 6 years since then I’ve quit most of my bad habits, and I’m down to below 200 pounds. I have to be honest, that day in 2014 I never dreamed I would have gotten this far. If someone like me can quit, so can you.
