Be a True Friend

To many times people put their trust in the wrong person. I think it is an important thing to remember, when trusting another person is to know, eventually they are going to let you down. People are fallible and flawed because, we all mess up from time to time. True Friends are very scarce, because most people have evil, and selfish motives. Some people say, and do things they don’t intend to do but, this doesn’t mean to let someone take advantage of you. It is however, important to forgive someone, when they do mess up, because the Bible clearly states that love does not keep a record of wrongs.

A true friend, will find a way to make things right, if they feel they have wronged you. This does not give anyone the right to expect it, because sometimes that person may not even really ze they hurt anyone. True Friends forgive before it even comes to any of this. There is not anyone that lives the same exact life, because we are indivisuals, and we all have our ownoset of beliefs. It’s important to realize that we are all connected, and there are powerful people in the world, that wish to divide everyone. Instead of someone judging others for how they treat everyone, it would be wise to search our own lives and find how we can be a better friend when someone needs it.

There is a friend that will stick closer than a brother, and His name is Jesus. The reason I mentioning Him is because, to many times people put other people on a pedalstool and when that person messes up, we get hurt. If we would put Jesus on the pedalstool instead of other people then we wouldn’t be let down. People have flaws, don’t focus on their flaws focus on helping each other find Jesus the one without flaws. It’s important to stay in our own lane and find ways to better our own lives, instead of trying to fix everyone else’s. If someone asks for guidance, or help that’s fine, but correct them out of live so they do not turn away from the Father. We are all flawed in some ways and we should all be searching for the Truth to become more like Jesus. Therefore, if we focus on Him instead of others, and their flaws then we can be more like Him. I love you, and thank you for reading

My name is James Carter, and you are visiting breaking bad habits. I believe everyone has habits, good and bad. When I was 34 years old, I woke up and looked in the mirror. I was shocked, I had been drinking every night for so long, that I was fat. I weighed 355 pounds, and ran out of breathe and almost passed out to try and tie my shoes. This was the day I started to wake up. I had a long journey ahead of me, but with prayer, meditation, fasting and exercise I was on my way. It’s been 6 years since then I’ve quit most of my bad habits, and I’m down to below 200 pounds. I have to be honest, that day in 2014 I never dreamed I would have gotten this far. If someone like me can quit, so can you.
