Stand Up

Standing up for someone’s beliefs is not always easy, especially when they are trying to stay positive, and not letting others get them angry. It has not been easy standing up to negativity, but if someone does not stand up against the darkness, the darkness does not back down. To many times the positive people, do not get involved, I believe this is the reason there are so many bad Habits, in the world. The thing someone should be asking their self is if drugs are bad and illegal why do they endorse them, so much, in movies? If cigarettes are so harmful why do they add more addictive chemicals to them every year? The same thing is done to the foods people eat, and the drinks people drink. Why is all of this allowed to keep going on. Things are being made more addictive for a reason, and that is something to keep people in bondage and to keep them from the truth. If i am wrong, why are people more concerned with sports, movies, and television, than a massive pedo ring or mass shootings? Bad Habits keep people focused on theirselves instead of the truth. Run from bad habits, seek out the truth, because it’s the only thing that’s going to set someone free.

I want to take one second and thank anyone, and everyone, that has sent me messages of encouragement, because it means a lot. I love you all, and look forward to conversing with you all. My personal email is if anyone wants to write me..

My name is James Carter, and you are visiting breaking bad habits. I believe everyone has habits, good and bad. When I was 34 years old, I woke up and looked in the mirror. I was shocked, I had been drinking every night for so long, that I was fat. I weighed 355 pounds, and ran out of breathe and almost passed out to try and tie my shoes. This was the day I started to wake up. I had a long journey ahead of me, but with prayer, meditation, fasting and exercise I was on my way. It’s been 6 years since then I’ve quit most of my bad habits, and I’m down to below 200 pounds. I have to be honest, that day in 2014 I never dreamed I would have gotten this far. If someone like me can quit, so can you.
