Affirm the day, before the world takes it.

Waking up is a vital part of the day. The choices someone makes in the first hour of the day sets the tone for the whole day. Prayer, meditation and what someone let’s in their minds eye will effect them and their whole day. Sometimes in life someone is going to mess up, the important thing is to get back up. Life has ups and downs but finding your positive higher self, will help someone have more ups than downs. More smiles instead of frowns. The most important thing is to keep fighting to be a positive force. Truth is not easy to face sometimes but the hardest truths to face are the one that set us free. Good things sometimes can be a unhealthy thing if someone puts more focus on them, than focusing on the truth and being a positive light for others. Remember that a true friend will tell the truth and if they don’t know the truth we should seek it, and be a positive force that influences others to be a positive person.

Learning is a positive, and negative addiction depending what the person is learning. Learning more negative things, like a television program, or a negative song would be bad, but learning about faith, and prayer and meditation, on the truth will be a positive habit. Find the truth, and wake up, because your life and the lives of the people around you depend on you. Fight to be the best most positive, healthy you there is, and when you mess up fight to get back your life even though your not perfect if your not fighting, to be better, your not going to find your positive higher you. Your not going to have a good day unless you fight against the darkness by being a light. Sometimes in order to be a light it means knowing when to leave the television, and radio, off. Learning to listen, and meditate are the only way to hear when the universe or, The Higher Power, is trying to talk to you. There’s always a lesson to be learned remember media is a distraction of the enemy used to take people down. It’s not right to be angry all the time because anger incurs people to sin. Anger makes someone do things they would not normally do therefore it is better to find a way to be at peace. Face the truth, and take your day before the enemy takes it from you. I love everyone and hope everyone has a great day.

My name is James Carter, and you are visiting breaking bad habits. I believe everyone has habits, good and bad. When I was 34 years old, I woke up and looked in the mirror. I was shocked, I had been drinking every night for so long, that I was fat. I weighed 355 pounds, and ran out of breathe and almost passed out to try and tie my shoes. This was the day I started to wake up. I had a long journey ahead of me, but with prayer, meditation, fasting and exercise I was on my way. It’s been 6 years since then I’ve quit most of my bad habits, and I’m down to below 200 pounds. I have to be honest, that day in 2014 I never dreamed I would have gotten this far. If someone like me can quit, so can you.
