Dumping Fear 4 Faith

Just about anyone has been afraid at one time in their life. Do not be afraid fear is a negative word, and sometimes, may be the number one trigger in someone’s life. The opposite of fear is faith, and faith is something that’s become a very unpopular word. Fear motivates people in the wrong way, and causes them to bury themselves deeper. When someone commits a crime, fear may motivate them to commit more crimes. So if fear can motivate someone does this mean it’s an entity. I believe it is a spirit, because It is mentioned in the Bible as a spirit.

I want to dive in to this, because fear starts in the mind. What someone focuses on is what they are bringing into their life. This is why it’s so important to have a filter for the mind. To filter, the mind, one must monitor what they, think, say, do, see, hear and touch. It sounds like a lot because it is, the sooner someone realizes they are in a Battle the better. Some can scoff, and not believe, and tonight they will go back to their fears. I believe its true, because, I can see. If someone doesnt believe in positive, and negative, good and evil, why are they here. If the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, why is everyone afraid what everyone else thinks. It’s time to be bold. In second, Timothy, one- seven. It says that God hasn’t given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. That verse is so deep and most do not even use it.

Today I’m making a stand, it’s time to put faith back in control. When fear comes knocking on the door, faith is what it takes to protect someone. Habits prohibit this. Once darkness has a hook in you, it’ll whisper in your ear that your not good enough. I don’t want to discourage anyone I am here to help. Writing about fear was hard for me and I’ve been neglecting the subject, because I have been afraid. I know we are in a war and it starts by getting positive. Kick the habits to the curb and fight for your faith. Have faith, not fear. It’s a Battle for the mind is someone going to let fear in or faith. What will someone dwell on what could go wrong, or what will go right.

My name is James Carter, and you are visiting breaking bad habits. I believe everyone has habits, good and bad. When I was 34 years old, I woke up and looked in the mirror. I was shocked, I had been drinking every night for so long, that I was fat. I weighed 355 pounds, and ran out of breathe and almost passed out to try and tie my shoes. This was the day I started to wake up. I had a long journey ahead of me, but with prayer, meditation, fasting and exercise I was on my way. It’s been 6 years since then I’ve quit most of my bad habits, and I’m down to below 200 pounds. I have to be honest, that day in 2014 I never dreamed I would have gotten this far. If someone like me can quit, so can you.

  1. Having read this I thought it was really enlightening.
I appreciate you spending some time and energy to put
this article together. I once again find myself personally spending way too much
time both reading and commenting. But so what, it was still worthwhile!

  2. For me it’s having faith that those obstacles in my life were put there by God to help me grow. As you touched on, this is not a popular notion these days.

  3. You are so right. Fear holds us back from so much positive change. If we could all have faith that things will work out… if we just do the right thing…what a difference it would make. I am going to try to do this more myself.
