Wake Up And Smell The Coffee

I’ve been asking myself, where can I fit in what is all this for? Is breaking bad habits, this important? Yes, if breaking bad habits one bad habit at a time, helps one person then it can ripple affect it something wonderful.
If just one person thinks today before they shout something negative into the air. If just that one person reacts more positive, than that’s a small victory. Anyone can say be positive, when all the positive gurus are around, but what happens at the light. There are times in a parking lot when someone pulls into a spot you were clearing already pulling into, is this where someone exposes their true nature? I am simply offering a more positive way to living life.

In life sometimes it’s necessary to find a goal. Plan ahead, so the day does not get away from you, but always be able to adapt to change, because things will not always go to plan so it’s good to be ready for success, but remember if it doesn’t go exactly to plan. The world will still go on. Things do not always go according to plan and life will move on.
Help is on the he way for those that ask. Just don’t forget to ask. Don’t forget to focus on something positive. Find one small positive thing wanted and focus on that until it happens. Say positive things over ones life, louder than the negative noises of the mind.

I’d like to get with some artist and musicians for a project if anyone is interested.

My name is James Carter, and you are visiting breaking bad habits. I believe everyone has habits, good and bad. When I was 34 years old, I woke up and looked in the mirror. I was shocked, I had been drinking every night for so long, that I was fat. I weighed 355 pounds, and ran out of breathe and almost passed out to try and tie my shoes. This was the day I started to wake up. I had a long journey ahead of me, but with prayer, meditation, fasting and exercise I was on my way. It’s been 6 years since then I’ve quit most of my bad habits, and I’m down to below 200 pounds. I have to be honest, that day in 2014 I never dreamed I would have gotten this far. If someone like me can quit, so can you.

  1. Fine piece. A man is a reflection of the state of his heart. When he feeds his heart with the right things, he will respond to situations positively and vice versa. This is why I find Phillipians 4:8 apt. I chose positivity. God bless you.
