You are What you Eat 2.

The diet is probably the most vital thing for a person to grasp. Why is it so important? Have you ever heard the saying garbage, in garbage out? It kind of works like that. When someone eats junk food all the time eventually it will cause problems in their body. When someone eats nothing but healthy food, they tend to have awesome results, they also have increased stamina, brain power, and overall energy throughout the day.

Sugar in my opinion is the worst thing someone can eat. Used as a preservative and a sweetener sugar has been used for numerous things and causes more diseases than I can even count. I also believe sugar is as addictive as crack/cocaine and can make a group of kids turn into a mob. The question is why so many have turned a blind eye to this substance and even load children up with it.

A healthy alternative is fruit. There are natural sugars in fruit that arent nearly as bad as processed sugars found in almost everything. Someone can get too much sugar from fruit. It is really important to moderate how much sugar someone gets in a day.

My name is James Carter, and you are visiting breaking bad habits. I believe everyone has habits, good and bad. When I was 34 years old, I woke up and looked in the mirror. I was shocked, I had been drinking every night for so long, that I was fat. I weighed 355 pounds, and ran out of breathe and almost passed out to try and tie my shoes. This was the day I started to wake up. I had a long journey ahead of me, but with prayer, meditation, fasting and exercise I was on my way. It’s been 6 years since then I’ve quit most of my bad habits, and I’m down to below 200 pounds. I have to be honest, that day in 2014 I never dreamed I would have gotten this far. If someone like me can quit, so can you.
