Someone might ask them self how is it possible to do better, to be better, and to feel better. Staying positive is a full-time job. The world is full of polluted air, poisoned food, and negative energies. I can explain, the food most people eat is loaded with preservatives, sugars, and just ingredients that break the human body down. The air is full of pollution from the emission from vehicles, power plants and factories that pollute the air we breathe and the water drank, not to mention all the chemicals in the city water most drink is also contaminated. I am also sad to say its also in the bottled water most think is safe, poison. To avoid making this a negative article, I will stop here because most get the point. The world is full of pollution.
Looking back through the day a lot will think I have been positive all day so where did it go wrong. When did it go wrong. The mind is a powerful tool so if he/she have their subconscious trained to think negative it can sabotage the day without even knowing what happened. When the traffic jams what is the initial response? Does one say to themselves I always miss the light, or get stuck in traffic. Stop! Remember emotions have power, words have power. Life will keep moving, complaining will only make it worse. Training oneself to be positive when the negativity of the world is knocking at the door breeds freedom.
Learn to accept things as they come no matter how bad it is. Acceptance will make things, turn around for the better. The energy around everyone is positive, and negative it’s up to each, individual to keep it positive, or to even make things more positive. The thing is it’s really easy to fall, into the trap when someone is complaining to chime in. The question someone should ask oneself is, is this conversation going to benefit anyone, or tear someone down. Remember, everything comes back to haunt those that dish out negative energy. So is it more beneficial to join the complaining, or to get away from it? There is always something positive to say, and if someone can’t find anything it’s better to walk away than to bring the bad conversation through their own life. If someone wants the most out of life, it’s important to not let others drag them down with negative talk. Claim positive things over everyone and positive things begin to happen. It’s important to stay positive. This means positive thoughts, positive music, positive conversation, and positive television. Have you ever walked in a room in a great mood to find that instantly the energy changed and you felt irritable? This is because you walked into a room full of negative energy. Stay positive even in these situations and the room can turn back to positive. It’s important if someone wants to get the most out of the day to be that light
